Weather, radar and air quality data are sourced from third-party providers (Open-Meteo, RainViewer) and are provided "as is" for general informational purposes. See our Disclaimer and Data Sources & Methodology pages for details. TodayWeather does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data, and is not liable for decisions made based on it. Always follow official government or meteorological department advisories for severe weather.

3. User accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

4. Guest posts and business listings

Submissions are free but subject to manual review. See our Editorial Policy. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion, including content that is false, misleading, offensive, or promotes illegal activity. Submitting content grants TodayWeather a non-exclusive license to publish it on the Site. You retain ownership of your original content; TodayWeather owns the site design, code, compiled data presentations, and editorial content it publishes directly.

5. AI-assisted features

The Site includes an AI Weather Assistant and may use AI assistance in parts of our editorial workflow (see our Editorial Policy). AI-generated responses are provided for general informational and conversational purposes only, are based on the same live weather data available elsewhere on the Site, and can occasionally be incomplete or imprecise. AI responses are not a substitute for official forecasts or emergency guidance. See our Disclaimer.

6. Prohibited use

• Attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its backend systems.
• Submitting false, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Scraping or republishing Site content at scale without permission.
• Attempting to misuse the AI Weather Assistant to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TodayWeather is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, including decisions made based on weather forecasts, AI-generated responses, or third-party business listings.
